Complimentary Shipping
All orders are shipped complimentary via express courier. European orders arrive within 1–2 business days; international orders within 3–5 business days.
Signature on Delivery
For your security, all shipments require an adult signature upon receipt. A scheduled delivery service is available for selected metropolitan areas.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn pieces with original tags within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact client services at support@shopaviera.com.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original method of payment within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable on international orders.
Non-returnable Items
Fragrance, fine jewelry pieces, swimwear, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned, except in the case of manufacturing defect.
Boutique Returns
Online purchases may be returned in person at any AVIERA boutique worldwide, with proof of purchase.
